Our Ilam School Statistical Investigation

Room 15 have worked hard this week to solve the question:

What colour cars do the teachers at Ilam School have?

 First we made predictions about what colours there could be, what colour there will be the most/least/same of.

This is how we collected the data:


First we went and counted the different colour of cars.

Then we recorded the information using tally marks.

Finally we worked together and turned all of our information we had collected into a pictograph.
Here is our final  product...

We found out that the most popular colour of car was silver and the least popular was orange and green.
