Our Guest Speaker - Deirdre Hart!
We were so lucky to have a special scientist in our room today. Dr Deirdre Hart (Ella's Mum) is a coral reef expert and the kids gained so much new information from Deirdre's talk which relates to our Inquiry Topic 'Commotion in the Ocean'. They were buzzing for the entire day sharing everything they now know about mutualism, algae, stressed coral, skeletons, sea cucumbers, preditors... the list goes on!!!!

You were so lucky to have an expert scientist to come and talk to you about coral reefs. You have such an exciting inquiry happening at the moment and I love going into your room and seeing your imaginative displays. I can't wait to see what you come up with for our Wearable Arts day at the end of Term 3. From Mrs Dudley.
