Our Autumn Week

Shared Writing

Room 13 put their brain power together to come up with an interesting and descriptive piece of writing about Autumn.
Our first attempt...

Second attempt. Have a look at how much more interesting their story is with lots of adjectives and detail added to it.

"I love the interesting vocabulary you have used," said Miss Drake
We also worked together to create an Autumn 'Collaborative Collage.'

  1. The trees look beautiful and colorful. I thought the story was really descriptive and when Aileen read it to us we could see, hear and feel autumn. Good work room 13!

  6. Wow Room 13! What creative writers and artists you are! I loved your Autumn poem, especially the piece about 'stomping through the cracked leaves' and your trees look fabulous. Well done! I can't wait to see what you are learning about in Term 2.
