Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the huge amount of support we had on Friday for our SPCA Cupcake Day. Room 13 managed to decorate all 160 cupcakes that were donated to our classroom alone. I wish I had a before and after photo of the cupcakes. It is fair to say we were on the go from 9am to 11am with cupcake chaos happening in our room! Luckily we had some help from our Big Buddies from Room 1 which made the process a little easier.
The Year One team managed to raise a total of $665 for the SPCA. We couldn't have done it without the baking skills of our parents and the generous donations of decorations. Thank you once again parents. You put a smile on faces, food in some bellies and I'm sure many wagging tails from our furry friends at the SPCA.
Wow Room 13! All those cupcakes loook sooooo delicious! They are making me very hungry. I'm sure the SPCA will be very grateful for all the money you raised and it will help lots of animals!
